Make a Moment has professional party planners who volunteer their services. Customers are given the opportunity to consult with these professionals at no charge and draw from their wide range of creative ideas. With a plan for color scheme and decor in place, many are prepared to tackle the setup alone. For those who are not, our party planners can help with the actual setup of the event.
CENTERPIECE CORNER
Walk into Make a Moment's showroom and you will be sure you have walked into the gift section of any department store. With a wide array of vases, candlesticks, crystals and silvers, the "shopper" is able to choose the items most suited to his event and borrow them from the Center for his occasion. The display includes items uniquely suited for all simchas, including Bar and Bat Mitzvah, Bris, Engagement and Wedding.
TABLECLOTH/LINEN SHOPPE
Very often, a hostess would like something more than the cream linen tablecloth the hall will offer. Or, when hosting at home, desires the beauty of tablecloths without the cost. Whatever the situation. Make a Moment is able to assist. With tablecloths of every color and fabric, the customer picks the set according to his needs and taste. Pink for baby girls, boy for baby boys, elegant or fun, each set is hanging in plastic protectors for easy perusal and borrowing.
SHARE YOUR JOY
Our newest program is built on the premise that a wonderful way to express appreciation for the joy you are feeling is to enable others to experience it as well. To that end, we encourage people to sponsor any part of a wedding taking place the same night as their own, or a Bar Mitzvah the same weekend as their child's. To thank Hashem for a healthy baby, parents will often sponsor part or all of a bris for a different set of parents who cannot afford their own. Whatever the milestone, wherever you may be, you can always Share your Joy with others through the Make a Moment Foundation.
